Hi SDSU Students,

I´m living in the new Sterling Alvarado Complex 90 sec from the SDSU and looking for some to buy in on my lease at the begining of the spring Semester (6Month lease or more). The building is very new (august 2012) and my room is furnitured with a Queensize Bed, commode and a nighttable (everything from Ikea). We living in a 4b4b apartment, everybody has his own room and bath. My roommates are two americans (1 girl and boy) and one german girl. They are very cool and internatinal students are welcome.

In the rent included is a swimmingpool, gym, theaterroom, studyroom and a office room were u can print for FREE. The trollystation is 2 min walk from the apt.
