We are leaving San Diego on
May 19th after the end of spring semester and we need two new tenants for who can take over our apartment lease. Our contracts end on July 31st, but you have the opportunity to extend the lease. We live in an apartment with really nice girls (3 Americans and 1 Mexican). This is a
perfect opportunity if you are planning to come together with a friend. But it is also possible to come alone and to take only one of the rooms. Both rooms are shared rooms with one of the other girls. This is a good chance to improve your English skills because you have the chance to communicate throughout the whole day.
The open kitchen is fully loaded (dishes, pots, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, fridge, freezer, etc.) and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. The shared rooms have a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower/bath tub and a big mirror. The shared rooms come with furniture (bed + bed linen, closet and desk) and the rest of
the apartment is furnished. Our apartment contains a balcony and the living room has a flat screen TV, a comfortable couch area and free Wi-Fi.
The building is really safe because you can only come in with a clicker and there are also security guards at night. The complex has a big pool area, barbecue area, a basketball court and if you want you can rent a parking space. The amenities include free gym, free tanning, study rooms, and a 24/7 computer lab.
There is a
free shuttle service that goes to SDSU, Mesa College, and Grossmont every 15 minutes and the leasing office is opened every day.
The rent per person would be $ 595/month.
13 days of May are free for you, because we are willing to pay the full rent for that month.
