Der Campus der Universität liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum von Portsmouth, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt. Du findest hier sowohl top-ausgestattete Unterrichtsräume als auch Sport- und Fitnessanlagen, die jedes Sportler*innenherz höherschlagen lassen, und eine Student Union mit mehr als 150 Clubs und Societies.

Die wunderschöne Lage des Campus im Herzen der sonnigen „Island City“ sorgt obendrein für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre während deines Auslandssemesters. Darüber hinaus punktet die University of Portsmouth mit ihrem starken Fokus auf anwendungsbezogenen Unterricht und eine sehr gute Betreuung, die den individuellen Lernerfolg ihrer Studierenden sicherstellt.

Im Rahmen des „Study Abroad“-Programms kannst du Bachelorkurse an allen fünf Fakultäten der Universität wählen: Business and Law, Science and Health, Humanities and Social Sciences, Creative and Cultural Industries und Technology. Die Belegung von Masterkursen ist auf Anfrage in einigen Fachbereichen ebenfalls möglich.

What's something unique about the University of Portsmouth that students might be surprised to hear about?

The University of Portsmouth is situated on an island! In fact, Portsmouth is the UK's only island city.

What's your favorite spot on campus?

The Ravelin sports centre is my favourite spot on campus. It's our newest building and contains a state of the art gym, swimming pool, climbing walls and even a ski simulator! There is also a lovely cafe to relax in.

What's the one thing students should not miss out on while spending a semester at the University of Portsmouth?

The city of Portsmouth itself! There is so much to do - from Gunwharf Quays to Southsea Beach to the Historic Dockyard, there is truly something for everyone.
