Looking for someone to share a room in a great location in IV. It is a 1br apartment right next to campus. Beach is 2 minutes by bike. Restaurants like Freebirds are right around the corner. It is a very quiet apartment and within walking distance of Del Playa Drive. So if you don't want to party you don't have to. I am an international student from germany, 24 years old. Rent is 680$ and includes everything except electricity which is approx. 25 bucks a month. Basketball court and volleyball court are just outside the apartment. I prefer a guy but wouldn't mind a girl either.
