Suche Zimmer in San Diego (Uninähe) ab August

Hey Leute!

Da ich ab August 2011 ein Semester in San Diego studieren werde, suche ich ein Zimmer für den Zeitraum von 15. August bis 15. Januar. Ich würde gern in Uninähe wohnen. Am liebsten wäre mir ein Zimmer in einem 4er Apartment in den Sterling Apartments. Jedoch bin ich auch gern für andere tolle Zimmer offen .

Man wird von Angeboten/ Möglichkeiten ja erschlagen... vielleicht hat einer der jetzigen Studis was Gutes?

Ob 2, 3 oder 4 Bett ist mir eigentlich egal, nur "single bedroom" wäre ein Muss und Uni- oder Strandnähe.

Vll. finden sich 1,2 Leute schon von hier und man kann dann noch Amis / Internationals suchen...

I have a house on College Ave. and Adelaide Ave. 3 bedroom 2 bath about 1 mile from SDSU, a great location for international students. One large bedroom has it`s own bathroom, a mid sized room with good sized closets, a small room with a large closet (Rent $500, $660 $840 for different sized bedrooms).We have a couch already there and some basic tables etc. We are looking for a year lease starting in July 2011 till July 2012 but 6 month leases is also available.

It is a 5 minute bike ride to school and close to a bus station if you want to take public transit. The house is right around the corner from Living Room Cafe to study, Vons for groceries, Quizzno's and YOGURT LAND!!!! Great back yard and front deck with table and chairs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, outdoor grill, 2 car garage.
