Hello you guys, we are two girls from Germany who rented a 4 bedroom apartment in sterling collwood. We are looking for two very nice girls who want to join us! We have to offer:

– your own bathroom
– your bedroom is wired for high speed internet and cable television and has the size: 9´4 x 19´7 sq.ft.
– individual locks on each bedroom door
– huge closet
– fullsized washer and dryer in every unit
– the size of the whole apartment is 1467 sq.ft. and also includes a 42” plasma TV
– all major kitchen appliances like dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and garbage disposal
– water, internet, sewer and trash are included
– free shuttle service to sdsu on weekdays from 7:15am-10pm, but sterlin collwood is right of Montezuma Road, which provides easy access to several freeway entrances

Something about the apartment complex you NEED to know:

→ Sterling Collwood is located less than one mile away from the SDSU campus and is close to some of the main freeways and shopping areas like Mission Valley Mall and Fashion Valley Mall. Markets, dining, and entertainment like Sea World, Lego Land, Qualcomm Stadium and Disneyland are close by as well.
→ Also offered: A resort style pool and free access to our tanning bed during business hours
→ And the good thing: We are one of a few apartments of sterling collwood who had the chance to rent the apartemnt from august until december. This is a special offer for a few international students. So you dont need to worry about new tenats on your own!

If you pay $25 per month extra you also get the apartment fully furnished, which includes a full size bed, a night stand, 4 drawers (under the bed), a desk, and chair for the bedrooms.
